Well done to everyone who was at the Millrace for our annual Christmas party. I don't think we could physically fit in any more folk. Big thanks to all the DJ's who did a session and extra special thanks to Katie for selling the raffle tickets. I think we had about 30 different raffle prizes so again big thanks to everyone who donated them. We raised about £140 for the club funds on the night. See you all very soon. Bestest Amo

Steve I think there's afew going but not sure what time they are meeting. I know they are leaving the Britannia Stadium at 11am prompt, as Stoke are at home tomorrow & it's live on Sky so the Toy Run won't be leaving from the North Car Park as per the Egg Run. Hope that helps.

Just a quick reminder about our next Charity Soul Night which is Friday 9th December at the Milton Bowling Club. This is the annual John O'Brien Memorial Nights all in aid of the Dougie Mac Hospice who looked after OB while h was I'll. All the proceeds are going to the Dougie Mac as everyone is donating thir services free of charge. please one and support this night as its alt cheaper than some other events on the same night and it's all for charity not for profit. Milton Bowling Club is an excellent venue with a large car park, sensible bar prices and a great atmosphere. It's £5 entry fee with advance tickets available from the Millrace on a Wednesday night or by contacting us via our Facebook site. hope to see lots of you on the night. Cheers OCSC

It takes place on the 1st october and goes to the National Memorial Arboretum in Staffordshire where the names of over 16000 service personnel are engraved on the Memorial. This is a national fundraising event and will be attended by thousands of bikers. if any of u are interested u will have to register on the website at RTTW -just google it, it costs 7.50 and you will receive a 2011 year bar and your name entered on the scroll of honour. if you register where it asks for start point choose option - other-making own way to NMA, hope a few of the OSSC can make this and show their respects to our brave servicemen and women.

Hi, Halfa here, just a quick hello from the Canadian Rockies. No soul, no scooters just H. Davidsons , suspect rock chicks and Bon Jovi or Johhny Cash on the radio. For all you Stoke fans we got a mention in the Edmonton Globe about our escapades from last season. Work is dire (not on holiday) and will miss charity but flying back for Sunday game. See you all in September when I have finished out here. FYI I am in Sparwood which is a 6hour drive from Edmonton and I have to drive back Friday to catch my flight back to Heathrow, what a day that will be as its 7 hrs behind too!! KTF.

great turnout fer the carnival even tho the weather was crap, a couple of em had to use the old shank's pony routine cuz they fergot to fill up ( u know who u are, nuff sed) and we had a cable casualty but lots of people gave us a clap & cheer on the way past. Fitz woz the tug-o-war captain but went awol cuz the team were drowned but we've entered fer next year with the coping sisters as anchor men, pg woz last scoot theer after the wulluf had made a sharp exit to dry his pants and so laid claim to best carnival scoot (the only chance it had) keep scooterin liquid .............. Weather permitting we are planning a ride out this coming Thursday night, not sure of destination yet but more details follow. Also next Sunday is the Nantwich Dabbers SC Open Day so we are planning the short trip to South Cheshire via the pub at Etruria as Gary Jewess has arranged for it to be open early for breakfast prior to heading off for Nantwich. Guys Let me first introduce myself. I sell a gel that prevents punctures in tyres, any tyres from a "push bike" to a JCB. It is not a get you home foam but the worlds most advanced puncture preventative. It is guaranteed for the life time of the tyre. Looking at your website you seem to arrange trips for the members and whilst some carry spare tyres it is the inconvenience of stopping and changing the wheel. The good news is that it is inexpensive and I am prepared to offer a group deal, not only for Scooters but any pneumatic tyre. I would like to meet up with a few of the organisers and if they think it worth while then I would like to attend a meeting to demonstrate the product, 15 minutes would be all I need. I have a website, details below that explains what the product is and does and there is a FAQ page that will answer most questions. There could potentially be a way of increasing club funds but we could discuss that when we meet. On a personal note, I used to own a Lambretta SX200 back in 1970 and we used to "hang" around the Trentham circa 1969 and I have to say your website brought back many happy memories of trips to Rhyl and the friends or should I say fanatics that I met along the way. I am pleased to see a thriving club and the good it does.

Eh up all. Sorry to lose all your comments, and for the 24 hrs that we lost the whole site. Anyway the server software upgrade has left us with one or two problems, one being password protection so I have removed it for the time being so we can get back on line. I had to reload the site so if anyone spots any broken links let me know and I will look into them, hopefully it'll all work as it should. Looking at the open day photos it looks like you had a good time of it so that's good.
